Let the wind be your friend.
Some coffees arrive shouting about strawberries, wine gums and anaerobic fermentation. Flowers has been asked to keep the noise down.
It is clean, sweet and quietly interesting. The sort of coffee that tastes good before you have found the correct adjective for it. Delicate enough to drink black, substantial enough to please the milkman, and remind you that it is still coffee.
No bouquet necessary.

Nice as Espresso or Filter Coffee.

Medium roast
Sweet, steady espresso.
One coffee. Most jobs.
Our most popular coffee. Brazil usually at the heart, with the accompanying coffee changing alongside the harvest calendar.
Chocolatey, forgiving and reassuringly consistent. Built for espresso. Good with milk, smooth served black and very nice as a full-bodied filter.

Northern Weather Decaf
Roast: Medium
A decaf coffee deservedly on the top shelf, with its caffeinated partner.
Decaf has spent years being treated like the joyless poor relation of coffee.
Northern Weather Decaf is sweet, balanced and roasted with the same attention as everything else.
Nothing missing except the caffeine.

BRIGHTER LATER
Roast: Light
Brighter Later is the lively one. Clean, juicy and carrying considerably more optimism than its roaster. It has the brightness people mean when they talk about acidity, without becoming a glass of lemon juice. Brew it carefully if you enjoy that sort of thing. Put it in a cafetière if you don’t. It remains coffee either way.

In the Mukurweini District of Nyeri County, roughly I70 km north of Nairobi, is the Igutha Factory, beautifully sandwiched between the elegant Mt. Kenya and the Aberdare ranges.
The Factory belongs to the Rugi Farmer Cooperative Society (FCS) which was started back in 2005. The same year, the Factory was constructed and opened to the members of the FCS. Currently, the FCS maintains 6,500 members, 700 of which sell cherries to the Igutha Factory.
