It is clean, sweet and quietly interesting. The sort of coffee that tastes good before you have found the correct adjective for it. Delicate enough to drink black, substantial enough to please the milkman, and remind you that it is still coffee.

Nice as Espresso or Filter Coffee.
Notes: A bright seasonal coffee producing a clean and bright cup, with caramel, soft citrus and floral notes
Espresso Guide: Start with 18g in / 36g out / 28 - 32 second extraction.
Filter Guide: 60g coffee to 1 litre of water, just off the boil.
